On rare occasions, a song just doesn’t fit within the playlist we have in our network. If your song isn’t picked up by our curators you’ll receive a FULL REFUND.

With the Spotify Growth service, we pitch your song to our network of global Spotify playlist curators. From there you can sit back and relax while your music is reviewed and added to playlists. If we're unable to support your track for any reason you will be fully refunded.

Your song is placed on active playlists for a set amount of time based on the curator that placed the song, and the package that you purchased. For example, Premium slots such as #1-#5 on a popular playlist is more valuable than slot #50 on that same playlist). The curator will remove the song at a certain point based on the agreed time. It also depends on how many, and what slots they have available.

Unfortunately no, we can't push every song. If the curators within our network are unable to support your music for any reason, you’ll be fully refunded.

The exact time of the campaign is up to the curator of the playlist, campaigns can last anywhere from 2 weeks to over 3 months.

After purchasing Spotify promotion we require 2-3 business days to begin pitching the song to our network of curators who then require an additional 1-3 business days to review and approve submissions. We work your song until it has reached the target amount of streams. In most cases your promotion will go live within a day or two, but growing an organic audience takes time to do it right.

If for some reason we can’t find the right fit for your song then we’ll provide a full refund.

Spotify for Artists is the best way to keep track of your songs progress and also shows you which playlists are adding the song. To view how many streams your song is generating in each playlist you can visit your Spotify Artist account.

If your song is not getting enough streams please send us an email at vinylandgold@gmail.com with a screenshot of your Spotify for Artists stats and we will do our best to fix this issue.

The hope is to always get picked up by the Spotify Algorithm and we have strategies to help the chances of that happening. It is very likely that you music continues to grow after our service is complete. This is the whole idea behind what we do. Some playlists are simply more active than others and the activity of these playlists is always fluctuating. Some playlists are new and still growing an audience but getting on those playlists can often lead to other opportunities and bigger playlist support.

Having your song placed on a variety of different playlists with different amounts of reach will help build your brand.

Since we would never use bots every song we promote has a unique growth profile and we always deliver on our word. If for some reason your song can’t be pitched to our curators you will receive a full refund.

This depends on HOW explicit the content is. Showing nudity, drug use, blood/gore, violence, etc will have Google disapprove your ad for “Shocking” or “Adult” content. However, light swearing or brief/mildly suggestive content generally still gets approved. If you aren't sure if your song will be approved, feel free to email us!

As soon as your video is live on YouTube we start promoting it! You will start to see results immediately and your song should go over time. If the algorithm picks it up you’re really off to the races!

This will heavily depend on your package size. Smaller campaigns can be completed as soon as 24 hours after going live, while larger campaigns of over 1M+ views can take 30 days or more to complete.

Your campaign manager can provide basic details about your campaign, such as views delivered and view rate, but for a more in-depth analysis please refer to your YouTube Studio account.
